Who is Proton?

Proton in South Africa
Proton is available in South Africa and with that, Proton South Africa, in partnership with Proton Malaysia launched the Proton X50 and Proton X70 at the end of 2022.
Although the brand has been heard of before, it has never before been experienced under its ownership of Geely, pairing class-leading design and a powertrain co-developed between Geely and Volvo.Geely vehicles sold in left-hand markets worldwide.
