Proton SA “Win a Trip for Two to Malaysia” Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Welcome to The Proton SA “Win a Trip for Two to Malaysia” Competition

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Competition is open to individuals who purchase a new Proton car from a participating Proton SA dealership in the months of September and October 2023.

2.2. Entrants must be legal residents of South Africa, and aged 18 years or older.

2.3. Entrants must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Malaysia in February 2024, and stay for a duration of 5 days.

3. How to Enter

3.1. To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must purchase a Proton car during the Promotion Period.

3.2. Each Proton car purchase made during the Promotion Period will count as one entry into the Competition.

4. Prize Details

4.1. The prize for the Competition consists of a trip for two to Malaysia, home of Proton Cars.

4.2. The prize includes round-trip economy class flights and accommodation for 5 days in Malaysia. All other expenses, including but not limited to meals, transportation, travel insurance, and any other personal expenses, will be the responsibility of the winners.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner of the Competition will be selected through a random draw conducted by Proton SA.

5.2. The winner will be notified by phone and email, and announced on our official Proton SA Social Media Pages.

5.3. If the selected winner does not meet the eligibility criteria or is unable to travel to Malaysia in February 2024, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Acceptance

6.1. The winner must accept the prize within 3 days of being notified.

6.2. If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, a new winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions

7.1. By participating in the Competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Proton SA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, without prior notice.

7.3. This above mentioned, the competition to ‘Win a trip for two to Malaysia’ will only commence should there more than 100 entries. If there are less than 100 entries, the competition will be immediately called off.

7.4. Proton SA shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred beyond those expressly provided as part of the prize, which is economy class flights to and from Malaysia and accommodation at a hotel selected by Proton SA.

7.4. Proton SA reserves the right to use the winner’s name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. All personal information provided by entrants will be used in accordance with Proton SA’s privacy policy.
